  • Wide-brimmed Hat & Sunglasses for sun protection.
  • Sunblock
  • Torch / Headlamp
  • Small first aid kid (plasters, strapping tape, antiseptic wipes)
  • Extra socks

We suggest you leave these items with your check in buddy, your support team, or at your base if you're doing a loop:

  • Spare shirts and shorts – quick drying clothing is preferable.
  • Evem more socks
  • Spare shoes
  • Wet weather gear
  • Sunblock and water
  • Toothbrush & toothpaste

  • Other personal toiletries
  • Any medication needed
  • Vaseline or talcum powder (to prevent chafing!)
