In 2023, 65k 4 65 Roses celebrated its 15th year.
Raising money for people living with cystic fibrosis, and the support services surrounding them, 65k 4 65 Roses has rallied the community to make a difference.
65k 4 65 Roses has raised over $2,000,000 for both the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation (SCHF) in support of Westmead and CFCC since it was created by Pat Borg and Patrick O’Donovan in 2008.
It's the efforts of you, our fantastic community, that have made a difference over time.
We say a BIG thank you and give you a BIG virtual hug! You've walked, run, and cheered through heat and rain. You have asked your loved ones to get involved and donate, and most importantly you have made a difference to people living with CF.
We have loved being part of 65k and its evolution, and the time has come for us to take pause, review and refine 65k to ensure we can continue to grow its impact while representing the ever-changing needs of the cystic fibrosis community, and the broader community of family, friends, and supporters.
Your input on what a 65k for the future could look like is welcome, so please provide feedback below on what you might like to see in an endurance event in 2025 and beyond. Let's work together to continue making a difference and supporting people living with cystic fibrosis.
